  • Contact your tenant to introduce ourselves, provide a welcome pack and arrange a convenient time to meet and familiarise ourselves with the property

  • Manage the transfer of all required tenancy and property documentation on the transfer date. This includes redirecting accounts (such as water and council), obtaining details of any outstanding accounts, and transferring bond documentation, keys, tenancy files, photos, and more.
